A family run, honest and reliable local plumbing & heating company

I (Dan Hilton) started general plumbing in Manchester in 2005 and a couple of years later trained to be a gas engineer. After working for both myself and several established heating companies, we made a family decision to make the move to Norfolk in 2011. 7 years of working for a local heating company meant gaining more experience not only in natural gas, but LPG as well. In early 2018, Hilton Heating was born. The lion in our logo was used to represent the Hilton coat of arms - and hopefully makes us stand out amongst all the other boring gas safe logos on Facebook!

In the short time HH has been established, we have gained many customers across the South Norfolk / Breckland areas, building upon our reputation as a reliable and trustworthy company as well as being competitively priced. Our speciality is in boiler servicing and breakdowns, repairing heating systems that other companies cannot.

As of May 2019, my wife, Sarah Hilton joined the company and is now based in the office. This enables more time in the field and more appointments for our customers. It also means communication with us will be improved - a quicker response rate and even more ways of contacting us (email, WhatsApp, text, Facebook). We now also have our office phone line in which to book appointments - 01953 718375 (9:00 am - 18:00 am calls only). We aim to be the most reliable and contactable plumbing/heating company around - breaking the stereotype that plumbers are hard to get hold of.

We have recently helped train other people in the industry to become heating engineers and one of these qualified engineers (Stuart) joined Hilton Heating from November 2019.

2020 Brought challenges we hadn't expected - we put a pause on servicing whilst the world went in to hibernation. But we learned to adapt and in 2021 we were pleased to have another engineer join us - Dan M (Yes, another Dan!!). He has a wealth of knowledge from years of working in the heating industry and will now predominantly be looking after our gas service/breakdown customers. This allows us to have more breakdown spaces throughout the week and get out to customers sooner.

We will continue to be customer focused, learn and grow where we can as a company.
